Construction of a 16 storey building to comprise of 38 cluster flats and 29 studio apartments to provide student accommodation for up to 250 students together with car and cycle parking, landscaping and access improvements. The new facility will also include amenity space including games area, gymnasium, cinema, library and common room and lounge areas.
