Design & Cost Planning
Our experienced design team have a vast amount of product and manufacture knowledge which we believe is an essential cog during the design process. Right from the tender stage we build the product in our CAD/CAM software. This enables us to assess how the unit will be built, which in turn helps us evaluate the most cost-efficient way to manufacture the product. Costly errors are avoided as this is carried out prior to the project landing on the shopfloor. Once the design is approved, all the machining programs are sent direct to the machines ready for our team of operators to start the next process of production. This streamline process allows for a reduction in overall manufacture cost which is reflected in our prices and seen by our clients.
In-House Machining & Manufacture of Goods
Our cellular manufacturing facility allows us to deliver shorter lead times, provide small-batch-size production in order to produce a smaller quantity of unit at the equivalent cost of mass production.
We have invested over £1m in our machinery and technologies to enable us to provide a quality, cost effective product that sits within the trends of the 21st century. Our panel processing technologies are linked to our design and production office, creating ‘screen to machine’ program and data transfer. This eliminates the traditional, manual error prone methods of machine programming.
Installation & Delivery
Our relationship with the client continues through the delivery stage where we can pack and wrap the product to suit the needs of the project. All our products are labelled with unique codes, quality checked and wrapped prior to delivery. We have multiple fitting teams throughout the UK should the project require install.
